Given now that everyone has some form of clarity on what is going down with WFE, I feel IMO,IMO that I can reveal another couple of items, all gut feel from my conversations with Jason & Michael Fry.

IMO, WFE will not be chasing a prepaid offtake...........the reason, WFE wants to be in a position of power, they do not want to give away too much as is always the case with pre paid offtakes, the customer wants their pound of flesh, IMO, Wfe aint going to give too much flesh!

IMO, if and when this deal is ratified, its going down the path of an IPO, so IMO, we wont re list this year, Q12020, this is on the proviso that a signature is achieved soonish from now.
