1) Good they are operating as a going concern. Not sure there was actually confirmation the 500k has been clawed back though? Unsure if it's just how I read it or selective wording.

2) Smart to try to divest hammersley.

4) Really says nothing but they also couldn't disclose anything here either.

5) So the key documents aren't complete and will need to be updated.
