Seems they have a habit of doing things last minute, take the listing fee for example.. For me it's just signs of a highly 'reactive' BOD/CEO awaiting other pieces to fall into line.

I'm not happy we've been locked out for so long, but you gotta be happy about the potential right? It's a spec stock! Anyone bellowing about the lack of communication or lack of action must have too high a percentage of their portfolio. That's YOUR problem, not the company's.
