as you said spec stock explains everything
as for lack of communication or “reactive BOD”
it’s a spec stock only so much things happen and a duty to disclose arises
seriously speaking ... I mean ppl treat it like a fully functioning business etc
so things occurring recently that I interpret as positive
hopefully it turns out that way and we have a great Christmas and a even better new year
