"generally it's two strikes and your outta the ballpark"

Hi Avenger - is this an opinion or an interpretation of the rules.

I want to start digging into the processes of what WFE needs to go through from here, to gain a better understanding and ultimately match up what the ASX required versus what WFE supplies and announces. As earlier stated, I believe WFE have been liberal with the wording of announcements and I want to deal in facts.
