Although not sure if this is an amateur or professional show.....reality is that this deal structure is complex with many elements....IMO the ASX ensuring the full letter of the law on the complete package and definitely offtake/funding IMO sticking point....particularly the recent June 2019 developments....as this requires a full blow PROSPECTUS/relist approval....not surprising to see multiple submissions given the approach alteration....but we wait!!...arduous journey alright but we are still listed
