I would just like to point out that all the incompetence may not just sit with management. I have had dealings with large organisations in the past only to get totally frustrated. They ask for certain forms to be completed, tell you how to complete them and then turn around weeks later, after you follow them up because you haven't heard back, and tell you that the incorrect form was completed. A simple process drags on for weeks causing endless frustration. Obviously this is a much more complex case, so how much does the pencil pusher in the ASX really know ? Are they asking for the correct info/data to start with ? Or do their superiors checking their work have to lead them after the fact ? AIMO only.
