Certainly haven't said it's all great...remember arduous journey says it all....the items of licence b and African accounting is all history and the main concern is deal structuring around debt funding/OFFTAKE which IMO a change up from previous structure under sub 1 and sub 2 withdrawal......so let's get down to the current predicament which WFE have been working through with ASX perth as opposed to concerns of sub 1 which have been sorted well and truly..this cobalt deal won't pass the prospectus test until the offtakes/debt funding which is needed for the plant payment is solidified IMO....so it's crunch time without a doubt for
Sub3....little accounting and licence b all simples.....yes AGM'S important but sorry to say all administration and never seen misses lead to imprisonment....in all my years.....we have all been informed by WFE where this is at in last update....was quite comprehensive....SUB 3 IS WITH THE ASX WAITING APPROVAL SINCE JUST AFTER END 30/09.....why does it take so long?? Well ask the ASX.....already nearly 8 weeks in...get the rubber stamp and off we go....don't and back to the drawing board
