All thought provoking stuff regarding the submissions and ASX Perth....but all depends whether you take the half glass full or half glass empty position really....on the ASX delays if you reference previous announcements WFE withdrew the April 2019 submission 2 due to advanced discussions on offtakes and 'debt funding'.....so the change in approach around June 2019 threw up the curve ball and meant all parties back at the round table....IMO WFE and Airguide eventually work aaay on the advanced discussions and non-bining offers hit the desk from Europe and China....deals remember generally take time and even longer in this current trade tariff new environment....who in mining signs offtakes upfront???...get it done and will be special....in parallel WFE obviously working away with ASX perth during the 30/09 quarter as all terms/negotiations are advancing on OFFTAKE....we then get update on 1st Nov saying submission 3 has been made to ASX perth just after quarter end....why submit if the consuktation with ASX perth was looking impossible????....this for me is the half glass full thining.....a 3rd submission after collaborating with the ASX in their own backyard Perth....the pursuit has become more favourable than not....if I was running the joint would have bailed, sold iron ore and gone after something else....but yet WFE remain firmly in the COBALT DEAL producer unicorn play......
On matters of AGM's and all matters adminstrative well 6 mths out from financial year close with 28 days notice is how AGM's are organised.....but let's be logical you get a slap on the wrist and at most as me too indicated a $1000 misdemeanor.....the ASX busy with all other increased complance matters and sure could use many extra pair of hands....I'm sure some relaxation of the rules are about the place here in light of the impeding submission 3 decision which will then set the path for this little old minnow attempting cobalt greatness....what agenda/rssolutions would be discussed at this potentially missed AGM....makes sense to extend out until all is finalised me thinks....AGM resolutions....just have a look at that other crypto ASx agm which past the 'end game" delisting rsolutuon amongst a plethora of the shareholder destruction....live life properly....karma's a bitch!!...see you at the gates

“I think, from memory, it’s a laughable $1000.00 fine OR 3 months in jail!”
