Auto delisting for non supply of financials is effectively only 3 months and one week away!
It’s time for Jason and co. to pull their fingers out! The count down clock is now ticking!
If a company does not supply it’s financials within 12 months from the due date they will be auto delisted. See attached links. The Dec-2018 financials were due by 15- Mar-2019 so if they don’t supply it by 16-Mar-2020 or get an extension, if possible(?) the 12 months will be up and auto delisting would occur!
