Removal from the official list does not necessarily mean that your money is gone. It merely means that the company goes from a publicly listed company, to a public unlisted company. The main disadvantage is that as an unlisted company, there is not a readily accessible market place to trade in the company's securities (i.e the ASX), however, there are plenty of unlisted public companies that do just fine.
It may be the case that if WFE was de-listed, it could nevertheless get the luapula project up and running and then re-list down the track under an IPO.
That being said, the best outcome for us here is that WFE gets its house in order to satisfy the ASX and we come out of suspension and progress luapula as it is easier to raise capital as a junior when you're listed (IMO).
