Unfortunately not able to travel up to Sydney to attend the AGM.
If I were going, the following questions would be asked from the floor.
Anyone attending the AGM and feel so inclined are welcome to ask the Chairman of the meeting the following.

Question #1 prior to the voting on Resolution #3 - Dykes:

Mr Chairman,

In view of Mr Peter James Dykes’ recent court appearance following a criminal act committed by him against an innocent taxi driver, do you, Mr Chairman, regard Mr Dykes as being a ‘fit and proper person’ to continue as a Director of our company ?

If Mr Dykes has your support as a Director of Nexbis Limited, could the Chairman of the Nexbis Board, please justify why Mr Dykes should not be removed as a Director of our company?

Mr Peter James Dykes is the Company Secretary and COO

From an examination of the 2009 annual report and Nexbis announcements to ASX, there appear to be discrepancies in Mr Dykes shareholdings.

That being the case, do you, Mr Chairman, support Mr Dykes as a suitable person to maintain orderly accounting and accurate financial company records ?

If Mr Dykes enjoys your support as our Company Secretary and COO could you please, as Chairman of Nexbis, justify your view why the services of Mr Dykes should not be terminated forthwith.
