APG currently has 3,877 shareholders (from the Annual report). Less than 1% of APG shareholders will be attending the AGM. This year at the AGM, Rickaroonie will film the proceedings, for those that cant attend. !!! GOOD ON YOU Rickaroonie !!!!
At this years delayed AGM some difficult questions will finally get asked. The answers to these questions - or how the APG board avoids answering these questions should be available to all shareholders.
Another critical reason for keeping a record of the meeting is to ensure that correct procedures are followed at the AGM. Shareholders have rights, and the directors have legal obligations to ensure shareholders rights are upheld.
.If following the AGM, there are any questions about correct proceedures, shareholders rights, directors legal responsibilities etc a full record of the AGM would be a critical piece of evidence.
