Good luck to shareholders at the AGM today.

In 2013, I attended an Auspac AGM with the intention of getting on the record how Partly Paid (PP) to 1 cent shares were being issued.
I was concerned because when the PP shares were being issued - the part payment of 1 cent per share, was NOT fully showing up in the Cash Flow reports. How could PP shares be issued without all the part payment monies being recieved ???.

Some of you who were at that 2013 AGM, will recall that I wrongly suspected that the PP shares were being issued with the 1 cent being paid for by APG itself.
At the time I had no idea that a company could issue shares without first recieving payment.

I realise that there are many more important questions for the auditor and the board today - but I hope someone will ask this question and get the answer for the record. ( Good on you Rickaroonie !!!!)

Question for Director T Cuthbertson: In your time as an APG director, can you confirm that ALL Partly Paid to 1 cent shares were paid for (ie paid to 1 cent) before they were issued. If not, why not.

Shareholders elect directors, so that directors can oversee the company on the shareholders behalf.
APG directors do not respond to written questions during the year.
The AGM is the only opportunity for normal shareholders to get their questions answered.
If you ask a reasonable question of a director - demand a reasonable answer from that director.

PS Rickaroonie make sure you have plenty of friends around yourself today. Guard you camera carefully!!!
