You are absolutly correct but I woud use a more courteous tone although Downside is definitely timewasting & surely has his own agenda (maybe buying !!!!!!).

One FINAL FINAL chance to regain some respect. Produce your honest well reasoned valuation of share price based on known public info re SML ??? Whether 1 cent or 30 cent dont matter. All you done to date is pose scattered rambling open ended questions without puttng any concrete analysis of your own out for others to consider. So produce your figures valuation of share price - if yoy cant dont waste any more time !!!
