I believe Warren is pretty much the largest share holder of CKK. If he had any other drill concepts in his head, {and lets face it inventors never stop inventing), as our largest shareholder I wouldnt think he would be planning on competing with himself. These new potential innovations would I would imagine be added to the CKK range of rigs. Maybe with (and quite fairly}, licencing benifits and patents retained by the inventor. But this is all speculation.
There is not a lot of use in my opinion focusing on negative possible paths the company may take I prefer to focus on the positive. All I have seen has shown WS is working hard to get the GT3000 out there, contracted and working. Having MB on board in a State with a Lib government has be be helpful.
I got into the company for the GT3000 and had met WS and liked his story and passion. Having said that it is probobly not benifitial for we the posters to have too much public assasination of other board members be they current or ex. Or of the other technologies the company holds be they advanced or in development. We cant sell directors off but may want to sell some of these assets one day! Lol!.
I believe in warts and all but there is a heck of a lot more positve to this story at this exciting stage than negative. I reckon if we have real concearns then raise them here or probobly even better ring the company. Otherwise lets try to focus on supporting the company and also each other, the posters, as we approach what is a very exciting time in the companies, our companies future.
As I see it this is not rocket science. We are a drill rig company. There is a screaming shortage of drill rigs here and around the world. WS has years of experience designing and running rigs. And a very good reputation for doing this. Currently and by a country mile we seem to have the best rig of its kind in the world. Its a very exciting future, contracts I would imagine coming very soon, new workshop,wonderful reviews in print media.
And if there is any upside from the Japanese earthquake,( which is a terrible tragety), it will be much greater uncertainty and fear about nuclear energy. This has to add to the argument to progress geothermal, our most lucrative potential income stream. I see a wonderful future here at CKK.
