ERG shareholders should be grilling Fogarty about these issues
is it a fact that ERG has to issue 41m shares. as the shares will be worth only 15 cents (approx)and the noteholders are entitled to 55 cents is it not true that ERG will have to cough up 40 cents per share (approx) about $16m as well as the shares
and I think Mr Fogarty should explain how he is going to produce these tricks
