Sorry this won't be what people will want to hear.
Mike emailed me to say, "I took the questions on board and answered the ones I could in the (BRR) interview."
I (chelkn) have no permission to print anything else.
Guys I'm speculating that Mike has thought more about this overnight and has realised that it would be inappropriate for him to discuss the issues one-on-one with me, without doing so with everyone.
But, and I'm once again speculating, be prepared for the other questions to be answered by BCI management in the future. ie. some type of forum alot more formal than HC.
