Given that the SP is ordinary at the present the thought of a cap. raise at the present time would be highly dilutionary to current SH.
With a market Cap. of approx. $60m.The need for capital to become a producer is probably another $60m.
To raise that amount Ian has a few options.
1. Cap. Raise.
2. Hedge production.
3. Take on big brother.
Or a combination of the above.
Given that a lot of effort has gone into infil drilling this year confirming up the JORC. I would presume at this stage hedging is the preferred option.
In this financial climate, it would be a challenging task to raise the necessary capital to get into production.
There are a couple of big brothers just to the south of the tenement.
Is Ian able to shed any light on this issue for the benefit of SH?
