    Antman4 - great summary. There are many other contradictions.

    Don't want to start another whole debate here, but if you were eni, and you had the NT/P68, Heron and Blackwood decisions/commitments, and the $75m bonus payable to MEO, hanging around your neck . . . and the obligation of your partner having to release info you consider commercially sensitive, would you contemplate say, offering MEO the $75m now, and see if you could ask MEO to go fishing elsewhere leave NT/P68 to the pizza spinners?
