We intend to issue regular updates, however I can't provide an exact time.


Regarding 'definite outcomes', I understand your desire for black and white clarity, however it is often difficult to pin down timing to definite dates. As such we've been keeping the market informed via indicative timetables, which while subject to change, provide a sense of direction and activity. We'll continue to update the indicative timetable as we progress.


And while our expressed aim is to reach a binding agreement this year, there are many moving parts when dealing with a large, state owned enterprise, so I cannot provide certainty ahead of executing a binding agreement.


If successful in reaching binding agreement, we estimate the demonstration plant to take 9-12 months to construct. There will be a period of time, yet to be confirmed, prior to construction to allow for the approvals process.
