I will take this a serious question and not the usual baiting.
I have already said my guess that it would be this week or next week.
Looking at some previous appeals hearings the longest that it has taken is around a month from hearing to decision:
See below examples:
http://www.paclii.org/sb/cases/SBCA/2013/17.html
http://www.paclii.org/sb/cases/SBCA/2014/6.html
Other appeal decision have been given down either on the same day of the hearings or a week later.
As I have said before if you look at the hearings there are multiple decisions for many different appeals that are handed down on the same day. These decisions are from hearings where the same judges have sat. Whether or not there were cases running just before our hearing (or just after our hearing) where the same judges sat I am not sure. However if the judges have to write up ALL these cases then that would take time for anyone. Also because of the precedent setting nature of this case then that may take longer to write up as well.
If the decision is not handed down by the end of next week then that would be unusual.
The company in the meantime is carrying on as if the appeal hadn't happened.
That should tell people something.
Hope that helps.
