I'm not sure the World bank will release the findings of their investigation any time soon. Apparently the audit that was conducted after the investigation identified some significant flaws in the investigation and I've heard that the auditor spent a lot more time understanding the relationship between AVM and the local community. Apparently the auditor identified several benefits being provided to the community by AVm that the original investigation had ignored.
I'm not sure the World Bank will be too keen to release an audit report which may be quite critical of their investigation and hence the reason why we have seen nothing to date.
