So I guess if we are not "in a position to begin extracting ore from the face of the Mystery drive" as of 31/12/2016 that would count as a broken promise. However from my point of view we may well be in such a position but this may not be announced until the end of Jan in which the next quarterly activities report is due. With quarterly reports like clockwork I wouldn't expect a market announcement for every little detail. Maybe if they finished early and were already pulling out gold.

I suspect if someone goes up to that site and even mows the lawn it will make the local news. When I visited the site just about every property on the entrance road had signs up protesting the mine...

I believe that NTL will eventually get consented to bulk sample and have the law on their side... But I also see a show down with protestors that will need a law enforcement intervention
