Is U. currently enriched at each reactor or is it shipped in from a central purpose-built facility? If it is done on site, what are the dollars to convert to Silex's method? And how quickly can this be done? If it is currently shipped what are the risks? My point is, can GE sell enriched U. direct to each producer and ship it to them? If this is the case then Silex is a no-brainer!
