Not one poster claiming to ever speak to a Board Member! Really? That is incredible.
It makes complaints expressed here appear quite weak if there is no follow up to those that are accountable.
Hot Copper for most it seems is all that matters.
I thought at least Angellus would have the hot line to "Simmo' or maybe Gosh would be up to date with the latest from 'Kenny Boy'.
My suggestion to others is to make the effort and make the phone call.
