We all only deal in probabilities, sd. FA or TA. Probability rare earth prices keep rising. Proability LAMP keeps producing. Probability LYC wasn't going to go bankrupt last year. Wayward only stating truth -- that historically the majority of the time share consolidations don't work. Of course that will vary company to company and there are exceptions.

I don't see it as the panacea it is being dressed up as -- especially until all the warrants are cleared. That is always going to suppress any price movement. Also don't see how reducing the outstanding number of shares actually makes them trade more. At best I imagine they would remain steady as a percentage of outstanding shares.

With that said - Lynas currently trading at a market cap only equal just above annual sales which should afford it a rise, but again -- looming warrant-led dilution holding it back IMO.
