Debt been cut in half. I assume you are figuring all MT K will be exchange for stock? Considering there are still 18M 3.7C un- exercised is that not like counting your fourth generation chickens before the second has even hatched? then they will have 7 billion + shares. so lets assume all are converted and there ar 7B shares current Equity is 2 C sh or 68M. Lets assume conversion and jare payments add 450 M total 500M equity. divide 7B there will be 0.07C share of equity. What would you say that would mean for a stock price. Hopefully they will not look at Equity. Just earnings. with 7 B shares they will need to make $70M to make a penny a share. This may be doable in a few years when do you think they will make $70M 1 year 2 years?
