This is my first post on the forum and I have held LYC for sometime and greatly appreciate some of the insights posted on this site.
The point on share consolidation makes me nervous. All my share investments that have been subject to share consolidations has been a very negative and costly experience. The result is the SP dropping immediately after the consolidation in many cases back close to the origin value. I understand the merit in undertaking such an exercise however IMO it allows management to artificially raise the SP and issue/sell more shares for other means. I know this is not the full story but just would be great to have Lynas with less debt, more cashflow, much higher SP before this would be considered.
