Its a material error if they really believe that, but I suspect their investment case isn't based on that. It is more likely that the PM got confused in front of the camera when put on the spot or he was oversimplifying the business model to help better explain it to mum and dad investors who are the audience for The Constant Investor. Thats my opinion anyway.
I've bought a small holding yesterday. I'll post my notes when I get a chance because while I can see its very cheap and likely to grow (thats a great recipe) I still don't have the business model 100% in my mind.
