my take ( educated guess, not necessarily correct) on Carl is that the other directors thought BCC was too reliant on his...for product manufacture and for funding. From Carl’s point of view he was there to lock in his supply and get well rewarded for debt financing.
i think Zoleo was deliberately decided to be away from Carl’s supply ( I think it’s from Malaysia) to lessen supplier risk, and the recent cap raise allowed repaying theexpensive debt.
i doubt thatCarl initiated his departure.
according to that theory, he is less likely to remain a substantial shareholder, but may still do so to keep on an inside track for supply of other product developments and like us, just as a good investment.
i wouldn’t be surprised to see him reducing his holding in half when the share price gets up to say 60c, the option exercise price
