Timeto...my information only comes from what many so called informed CVI investors have posted recently. I did say that my assumptions came from the general consensus. It was commonly posted that MS was in Europe and doing the roadshows and had been suggested at least a week ago that he had headed off to US. I never said I know any of this definitively, thus throwing this thread out there for discussion?

Sungar if your response was a question thrown at me? I have not suggested MS is encouraging insider trading. The Caplin Report in an independent report that as far as I know would be at the descretion of the Company if they even release it to the market at all? I dont think they would be compelled to under Company Law so thus showing this off to instituions first would not be an issue?

These are only my thoughts on the limited information I have, which has mostly been gathered on here and through Company announcements. I am not on a first name contact basis with the Company?
