I don't live in WA and don't know much of Mining laws in WA. That is why I raise my general questions. In my common sense, Caz has very small chance of winning the case but will face a huge cost at the end. On the way to head on with RIO and its partners, Caz might need to sell more tenements to cover for further cost!
With DOW and XAO are till falling CAZ may be down further.
This is very scary business. But good luck to long term holders.
