Uncle certainly is keeping the market informed of any progress to date imo, and Centro have made quite a lot of announcements over the past 6 months - but having said that I know what you mean, so does the Board, and so too their PR Consultants (I can guarantee you that, lol). Obviously the deals that are being/have been struck are yet to be completed and so are therefore obviously still in the sensitive stages; so to inform the market of their progress to date would not be prudent nor commercial and could very well jeopardise those deal/s to the detriment of Centro.
As it was explained to me by the Company its first mission is to save the Company - everything else comes second; but in essence saving the Company will save the shareholders.
So far everything that has been reported in the press has either been rumours or made up statements imo and there has not been much of any substance at all - I know because I have been chasing down those rumours.

This has already been discussed at length before, and is obviously dependent on the extent of the liability that is covered!
