Just rading the last announcement in regards to the "Merger" and "Scheme of Arrangement" I am wondering how would NKP raise any money in this environment.

If its cash takeover then surely at least $100million would need to be raised...and if its through equity wouln't there be a massive dilution? Also with this environement (with Platinum prices tanking) who would even consider raising money for NKP

If its SCRIP ...NKP has been in freefall lately and surely the dilution would be massive.

honestly I don't think October is going to resolve this matter.
