lol frosty.....me too! they made a lot of brokerage fees out of me and i stuffed up my dates with a T+3.....they were completely unreasonable in my attempt to settle the amount owing and i could never get a straight answer in my attempts to resolve issue..... its like there was some untouchable department in the back ground so talking to them on the phone was a waste of time.
now i am buying/selling through etrade but i still use comsec to watch market action as prefer their platform :)
funny really...i use their platform for free now and nothing has changed other than brokerage goes to anz....(not quite free I guess as costs more for first 10 trades p/month which is a bit of a shit but prefer to give it to them though...half this amt went to ato anyway so no issue in the scheme of things!!)
