    I've had orders pop up in front of mine before. My understanding is that those privileged wholesale traders seem to be able to push in anywhere...albeit in through placements or even at market!

    It's like cueing up at a nightclub without any chicks....a long wait! Glad I'm not at that stage of my life anymore! lol
