For those needing to top up on PDN, the algo traders have just hit it and knocked it down to 6.96. That's very obvious from the course of sales and the rapidity of the transactions.
This would be a good opportunity to top up for those who need more, since the algo traders will be buying up shortly and will bounce the price back up over the $7 mark.
