    E2.05 * 11.14m share = E22.83m market cap for HC berlin Pharma

    E22.83m * 40% (which is EMS's approx stake inclusive of all subsidiary holdings) is 9.1m

    E9.1m / 0.52 (euro/$a) gives EMS value of A$17.5m

    $17.5m/200m shares on issue (not diluted for options)is 8.78c

    Therefore theorectical EMS vlaue is 12.5c (current)+approx 8.5c = 21c.
