i agree, but you can't calc more without more informations...

    what we know:

    STX
    very good quality sands.....
revenue in future by 20 mio. or more...
D1 and D2 hit the same gas bearing sands/ same trap....
they have wet gas.....(gas with condensate)

    what i hope to know:

    1. "very good qualitiy" is a typical (schoolbook)description for 25% porosity and more ... with 100 md's permeability and more

but do they use typical descriptions???

    2. the average porosity in gulf coast texas sands at 12.000 feet is 26% with an permeability at 1500 md's and more...(you will find this, if you look into schoolbooks for oil/gas drilling technologies)

the 2. point underlines the 1. point.....so the possibility is very high, that they use typical (schoolbook) descriptions....

    3. the gulf coast texas sands have,at its average, a very high condensate-saturation

    4. the condensate they are producing, underlines the high permeability and the 3. point

    5. in a depth of 12.000 feet schould be a pressure regime of 372 bar, calculated by the depth pressure of 5400 psi together with the average surface temperature of houston

    6. a gas - expansion coefficient of 0,26 cubic metre per litre at 372 bar

    the real estimations are:

    how high is the gas-saturation???
    ....i think, 65% is conservative....

    how high is the condensate-saturation??
    ....i think, 5% is conservative.....

do they hit with GF-1 the same gas bearing sand like in D1/D2
    ....i think so......

and for the quality/ or if the gas has to be cleaned....we only can take an average.....per mcfd .... = 6 USD ...but they said....high qualitiy.....

now, if you take all informations together (schoolbook and their wording)......they all show the same picture.....do you really think this is luck???? .....

    let's wait and see....

    cheers...
