watso thought he would try a $1.70 can (535 gram) of aldi minestrone soup - which was 83% vegetables and 5% pasta.. also 2.9 serves of vegies per 200 grams.
anyway watso had some cheap chicken that he put in the blender .. then combined it with the soup - and had a real tasty instant meal.
will certainly not be the last time that watso has this meal..
anyway, talking about soup - but most likely watso will be making a red lentil soup this afternoon .
also of note was that aldi had 1kg of frozen vegies for about $1.70 - perfect for a vegie soup with some good stock
