Hi Chelken-- many thanks for another one of you very interesting and incisive posts.
Given your thoughts and analysis why on earth would our Directors give an unanimous recommendation to sell the Company for a 4% premium.
I can't for the life of me understand their thinking when we all know that this Company has a huge potential for so much more growth.
