Also, I mentioned in a prior post that a BBY analyst hinted that the NJV was hoping to eventually export 7Mtpa. The 7Mtpa could become a reality when further upgrading of loading facilities takes place by FMG. My belief is that berth 3 at Anderson - Port Hedland would be finished by Nov. 2011. This will almost parallel the NJV increasing production to 5Mtpa (Jan.2012). From what I can gather, the 7Mtpa idea could come once further port facilities came online. At the time the only available information seemed to indicate late 2012 or early 2013. The following article seems to indicate that it's late 2012.
This is not certain. Since there's been no offical announcement by FMG or BCI about ramp up to 7Mtpa. Just trying to follow up on what a BBY analyst said ... which maybe was a simple misunderstanding on his behalf.
