Just got verbal confirmation from CBH staff via the phone. The 10c SPP has nothing to do with the number of shares you have. As far as you are a registered share holder as of today, you are eligible to buy up to $15000 worth of 10c CBH shares, that's up to 150k shares.
As such, I just sold part of my holdings @ 11, and I will buy them back either below 10c on the market, or via the SPP.
