You can get a quick and acccurate assessment of how many shares GWR has on issue - by going to their latest appendix 3B.
I think about 110 mill from memory fully diluted ? .. just check as my computer is playing up at the moment?

If that's so GWR's market cap is probably around $220 mill at $2 per share .. and it also has cash from the recent cash raising.


With FAS ..

Just go to the last FAS appendix 3B announcement immediately preceding the takeover bid .. from memory FAS had some 150 mill shares on offer fully diluted before the takeover bidding started - around October 2007 ?.

FAS has set aside a bill shares for the 7 to 1 scrip offer and came so it would have issued about 330 mill shares to get to the 33% .. about so 480 mill shares fully diluted currently including the 150 mill of its own.

so FAS market cap at 30 cents would be close to $150 mill .. which means it's way overvalued as it only owns 1/3 of GWR .. so $80 mill tops and no proven resources of its own.
