    1 billion shares in FAS and huge escrow - well GWR shareholders, if this deal gets across the line we will be taking it up the Jacksy and they will be throwing sand in the KY.

    That is huge dilution and those that benefit are the FAS mega holders...

    Is that a correct analysis of the situation boys?
