The company will be modeled on a vehicle to best serve its major shareholder. It will stay within the law (Section 232 of the Companys' Act - oppression of minority). Actually its quite difficult to implement for listed companies as ASIC or the Courts will just simply say , "sell your shares". Bit different in an unlisted public or private company, where most of the law is applied.
