It's base on the stock you hold or the account that you have with them. example if I held 200k of shares I think I can but another 200k of something near that.

If I sold tomorrow- Yes I still have to cover the buy price for Monday's settlement 02/05/08 It's Trade + 3 trading days (T+3). But If I sold today I would not have had to worry about it, unless I took a loss and then just cover the loss.
