Sorry but the more MAK get the less interest there will be on market for BON shares, why buy into a minority holder situation in a company that has no control over their future? A recent example is the TMR takeover of IBR where a few holders held out and on market trade was almost non-existent afterwards.
(this is assuming MAK do get past 50%)
