Can't see how its an expensive outcome if the potential comes to fruition. If thats the case they've picked up 50% of BON for a song. With MAKs 50% ownership of BON any potential share price rise will be mimicked by MAK, so if a future offer is scrip based it would end up costing the same (also considering MAK has potential to rise significantly on its own assets). In other words MAKs marketcap goes up, BONs marketcap goes up, the offer percentage-wise of shares to acquire would be theoretically pretty much the same.
